At Linens and More, we pride ourselves on suppling our customers with products of high quality, however we understand that there may be times where you need to return an item
purchased from our website.
- We offer a 100% money back service on all full priced purchases from our website and these can be returned, at the cost of the customer within 7 days.
- This will be reimbursed – as long as the goods have returned back to Linens and More in original condition, and packaging, with the order reference – and not damaged in any way.
- Returns and Exchanges apply to full price purchases only and excludes any sale or clearance items.
- Please Note: Excludes sheets, pillowcases mattress and pillow protectors, quilts, toppers, and pillows due to sanitary reasons.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown, we will refund the full purchase amount and will cover the freight for the return.
- There is no refund or exchanges for change of mind.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.
